Odelsbygg AS is engaged in property and real estate development. The company works with land, development rights and property opportunities where value can be created through planning, regulatory processes, infrastructure development and project realisation, independently or together with landowners, investors and other strategic partners.

The company was founded in 2017 and is based in Flå in Hallingdal. Its object under the articles of association is the purchase, sale and operation of real property.

Properties and projects

• Seven building-ready holiday-home plots at Søre Buhovd in Nesbyen municipality.
• Half of the project company Odelsbygg 3-Schjøttelvik AS, a development project at Schjøttelvik near Drammen where zoning and site preparation come before sale.

Ownership

Viva North AS owns 200 of the 300 shares in Odelsbygg AS, or two thirds. Tor Arne Pedersen, chair of Viva North, also chairs Odelsbygg.
